No more than 2 pets will be allowed; dogs and cats only, weight restrictions apply; 100 lbs. for first floor apartment homes and 60 lbs. for all other floors. No aggressive breeds are permitted. A pet application will be needed on each pet along with a photo. In some cases, a pet interview may be required. An ESA (Emotional Support Animal) with a certified doctor's letter is allowed on the property
